By accessing and using VidRebirth, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

VidRebirth provides an automated video repair service. Users upload corrupted video files, which are processed by our system. A preview is provided, and the full repaired file is available for download upon payment.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to upload any illegal, infringing, or malicious content. You retain full ownership of your files. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide.

4. Payment and Refunds

Services are billed on a per-file basis. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the repaired video is not playable or differs significantly from the preview.

5. Data Retention

Uploaded files and repaired outputs are stored securely for 7 days to allow for processing and download. After this period, they are automatically permanently deleted from our servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

VidRebirth is provided "as is". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
